Uganda

- Chimpanzees
Chimpanzees are also Uganda’s rare primate species to watch in their natural forest habitat. Just like the Gorilla, chimpanzees live in communities with an Alpha Male leading the other individuals as they patrol, feed, breast feed, communicate and forage.
Chimpanzees in Uganda are watched in the green forest vegetation habitats of Kibale Forest National Park, Kalinzu forest, Kyambura Gorge, Budongo Forest’s Kaniyo Pabidi Eco Tourism Center. The chimpanzee tracking permit (Document that allows you to track the chimpanzees) costs US $200 and the habituation Experience Permit costs US $250 per person.
- Golden Monkeys
Golden Monkeys are very rare species to watch in Uganda and these have unique features that are not seen in any other monkeys. Golden Monkeys have a lot of fur with a bright orange color along their long tails.
They are fond of jumping from one tree branch to another as they communicate and show excitement posing for photos. In Uganda, golden Monkeys are watched at the green stunning Mgahinga National Park located in the South West of Uganda.
- BIG FIVE Wildlife Animal Species
With many safari destinations, Uganda comprises of all the unique BIG FIVE wildlife animals that inhabit the green Savannah Grasslands of Murchison Falls National Park, Queen Elizabeth National Park, Lake Mburo National Park, Kidepo National Park, and Semuliki National Park.

- Mountain Gorillas
Gorilla trekking in Rwanda takes place in the stunning Volcanoes National Park situated in the stunning district of Ruhengeri Musanze Rwanda. Mountain gorillas live in groups with the Silverback Gorilla that leads the group consisting of Adult Females, Black Backs, Infant Gorillas, and Juveniles.

- Golden monkeys
In Rwanda Golden Monkeys are also exceptional and rare to watch in Rwanda at the stunning Volcanoes National Park. Just like the gorillas, golden monkeys are watched in groups with a park ranger guide who informs you about the Golden Monkeys in their natural forest vegetation habitat. The Golden monkey tracking Permit costs US $100 per person in Rwanda.
- Chimpanzees
Chimpanzees in Rwanda are very rare to see in the stunning Cyamudongo Forest located close to the Nyungwe Forest National Park. Chimpanzees are watched in groups of 8 with a park ranger guide who leads, guides, and informs you about the Forest and Chimpanzees in their natural forest vegetation habitat.
