All worked very well with our rental. We contacted Joseph via email and rented a Land Cruiser Prado.

We had the car delivered to Gisenyi (Rwanda) and returned it to Entebbe. Both worked easily.

Joseph also organized Chimpanzee Habituation Experience permits, which were also delivered with the car.

The car itself was good and very reliable – obviously not brand new but overall in good condition. Driving was mostly very easy, as most of the main roads in Uganda are newly paved. For the smaller side roads a 4WD is def recommended and adds confidence when your driving.

Overall a very good experience.
